no one has answered me!! PLEASE HELP!!

About 1 & 1/2 months ago I noticed 3 small bumps on the skin right near my vagina. I thought they were pimples & I wanted to pop them so I kinda messed with them a little and didn't take care of it the way I should have. Out of nowhere more bumps appeared & they became really itchy. I have been making sure I keep the area clean for the past few weeks, but it's only spreading and not getting better. They are mostly (not to sound gross) on the inside of my butt cheek & now on both sides!! I have already made an appointment with the doctor, but I would really like to try an at-home remedy to get rid of this. Also if anyone has any idea what it could be... I have considered a fungal infection, syphillis, & HPV but I have no idea what it is. It has spread to above my vaginal on my scrotum as well. Please help!!!!!!

Hi i dont know too much about it but i know its a bacterial infection which is treated with antibiotics or antiseptic, if it was caused by something serious, like an STD then it would appear in places like the mouth. (herpes simplex)

However, you wont really know the answer to it until you see a doctor...so i could be completely wrong and it could be something else, but thats what springs to mind.

Youve probably been told this before so i dont want to sound like im lecturing you but remember to use a condom! they arnt lovely things but then you wont need to worry so much in future :)

Anywho, i hope you find out what it is, i know it can be very worrying when you find something that wasnt there before!

Let me know how you get on x

When I squeezed the 1st 3 they they def. had pus,, and then I put hot water on it (like i do with pimples) & it didn't make the matter any better. I am just so scared that it could be an STD and I want to make sure that this is not one. I had a pap done about 2 months ago and it was normal, but I also had sex about 2 weeks before that so maybe I contracted something and it was too soon to tell. I started putting hydrogen peroxide on it just to rule out a fungal infection & it seems to be helping (unless I'm just wishfully hoping) but it's only been 2 days. Do you have any suggestions for treating folliculitis??

Hello,

Do the spots have pus in them? the only thing i can think of is folliculitis...its an infection of the skin that can start from things like shaving..easily treated so dont worry that its serious, but then again it might not be that!

At least youve made a doc app so theyll probs be able to recognise what it is but if not theyll take swabs i assume.

Hope you get some answers! x
