non-healing sore on breast

Wondering if anyone could help. I'm 28 years old and about 6 months ago I developed a tiny sore on my left breast (about the size of the tip of an ink pen), I consulted my dr. who had no clue what it is and prescribed antibiotics, steriod creams and eczema creams. Those didn't work so I had a biopsy which turned up nothing. Since then the sore has only gotten bigger (the size of a quater now). The sore itself is superficial but the excrutiating pain occupies my whole breast. I went to a new dr today who said it "might" be fungal.

Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

Did you try an antifungal cream when you did everything else?  It takes a while, but they do work over time.
