noperiods after delivery

Hi,
I am 34 and delivered a baby boy on Oct 07,2008.From beginning onwards I am breastfeeding and giving formula to my baby.Till 6 months I was mainly breastfeeding and supplimenting with formula.After that I am breastfeeding only at night and before his afternoon nap.I am really concerned about not having my periods yet.Did a pregnancy test yesterday which came out negative.Dom I need to call my doctor about this?

its been awhile its kinda normal but give ur doc a call if your worried
