numb feeling in the pelvic area

I've been having this numb, tingling feeling in my pelvic area for a few weeks now. I also experience frequent thirst which leads to frequent trips to the bathroom. And for the last couple of days, I've also been experiencing  pain in the lower back. Are these symptoms of what disease? Is this ovarian cancer?

Frequent thirst can be a sign of diabetes. You should make an appt with your doctor just to make sure your okay. Good luck.
