only one vaginal lip is swollen

I'm 18 and sexually active but haven't had sex since Oct.6 my boyfriend is in Kuwait. Well about three days ago my vagina started to really hurt so I took a look at it and only one vaginal lip is swollen and all of it is very dry. But that lip hurts as well to the touch. I have checked and there aren't any soars or bumps just swollen and hurts. As well my clitoris is extremely sensitive like my underwear causes it to burn and hurt by touching it. Does any one know what is going on??? And can help me???
