I too have a rectocele.  My problem is that I have become incontinant of stool during orgasm.  I recently started giving myself an enema before sex to prevent this embarrasing problem.  I have been happily married for six years, but no one wants to be "poo'd" on.  I plan to have surgery soon.

I am just guessing that it may be from the anxiety that you may have about the rectocele, or maybe it is a little painful. Sorry I couldn't be more of a help.
