Has anyone else undergone ovarian vein embolization? I responded really well initially and now it feels like I am being poked in the gut and there is a palpable mass in the area. I am thinking the mass could be the coils and clot, but any thoughts from those with experience would be appreciated.
Does anyone know if ovarian embolization can decrease your fertility? Will this procedure help with vulvular varices? I am thinking of getting this procedure done because I would like to have a third child but I am not sure I can tolerate another pregnancy with vulvular varices. I am just a bit sceptical. I have ovarian vein reflux but I don't think I have pelvic congestion syndrome because I am not in constant pain. However, I do have vulvular varices from my second pregnancy and wondering if I should have this procedure to decrease my chances of getting a worse case of vulvular varices again. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.
