I have problems with my period, i usually get very severe pain and feel dizzy and weak and cant get out of bed for most of the day when i get it, and am in intense abdominal pain with spasms. Also more recently when having  intercourse, i dont know if i imagine it or if the pattern is there or if just coincidence, before and after my period, it becomes very painful and stings and burns, and i feel some swollen bumps on one side. My periods have always been very bad, but they eventually got better but for the past six month worse than ever.  I use cyteal antiseptique lotion when washing. Ive also had a few times bladder infections, usually when i have my period. Also alot of people in my family have ovarian cysts. any ideas what this could be?
