How much do you weigh and what is your height? Did you see what your weight range should be?

A couple of things will help you to lose weight; a good, healthy diet of vegetables and lean proteins, foods high in fiber, drinking plenty of water, cutting out your sugars, bad carbs, and caffeines. Some say that eating 5 small meals a day is better than 3 large, and I've followed that with great success before. The key is not depriving yourself. Smaller portions for sure. Exercise! You don't have to do a strict exercise program, there's always walking, swimming, biking, hiking, but you have to exercise for sure.
There are a couple of forums here you could join such as the Healthy Cooking Forums, Healthy Living, etc., and plenty of articles here to read that have more suggestions for sure. There are also exercise trackers, meal trackers, etc. you could set up in your profile to help track your goals. Hopefully you stick around and I wish you luck on your weight loss journey!
