pain all over

WhI am 48 yr old female.  When I was about 27, my doctor diagnosed me with anxiety disorder and fibromyalgia.   I became pregnant soon after then felt better for quite a long time.  The past 3/4 yrs. I have been feeling very tired. really lack energy and have painful symptoms that chnge from week to week.  One day I have terrible shoulder pain. another stomach pains that travel from different parts of my abdomen.  One month terrible lower back pain, other days stabbing pains in my legs and arms.  Right now, for the past month or so I have terrible upper back pain.  Is this Fibromyalgia again?  Motrin seems to help a bit but I do not want to become dependent on this.  I am a mom of 3 teenagers and want to feel better for them.

Just Motrin when necessary.  I was on antidepressants but wanted to get off them.  So I slowly did.  Even when I was taking them. I still felt pain.
