pain during sex

Every now and theni will be having sex withmy husband and it feels like he is hitting some thing inside me. It is worse in certain postions. Could having a cyst on my ovary and fibroids be causing this? If there is anyone who has the same problem or just someone that knows what it could be,please help.

Could you possible have a retroverted uterus?
I have one myself, meaning it tilts towards my spine instead of titlting forward. While it generally doesn't cause problems with conception etc I know it certainly causes a lot of discomfort for me during sex at times.

I've heard it's quite common if that helps at all :)

This has happened to me too. It was one day i was drunk and had sex with my boyfriend but i forgot i had a tampon still inside of me.  Took me two days to understand what happened (please don't get all judjemental, i'm way too embarassed at the moment :p). Maybe this is what happened to you too. Regarding cysts or fibroids i don't know if they can cause something like that. Hope i helped, good luck

Most likely, your husband is hitting your cervix (it happens to me a lot).  A cyst and/or fibroids won't cause this - the length of your husband's penis, the force with which he uses, and the position you are in are all factors as to whether he can hit your cervix and how much it hurts.  If you are unable to tolerate the pain, see your gynecologist about it.  They may be able to tell you why your cervix is so tender.  It may just be that it's a sensation that is painful for you - or it may be that your cervix is irritated for a specific reason.  Until then, avoid the positions that make the pain worse - for your own comfort.
