Im trying to figure out why whenever i get my period my pain is only on my left and feels like im being prodded with sharp pains for hours.
Also when something acts up inside me pain is always on my left side.

For two weeks ive been having constant rough pains. Im tired of drs i hate hospitals.

I had my appendix removed last year in june and the pain i had then for the infection i had in hospital for 3 days before they decided surgery at 6:38pm in june of last year is always worse.

No over counter meds help. I pass out over hours of being in pain most times or have to dut in hot hot bath water for awhile to relax and aid in some relief.

I have my period now day 1 ( usually lasts 2/3 days at max and pain is just really bad right now and idk wat to do.

The sinus infection could do it too, I'm hoping it is your lucky month.  I was having some sinus issues and my lymph node behind my ear was inflammed.  Cheers and baby dust to you!

have you been sick at all? you have limpnodes (excuse the spelling) in your groin area, mine gets painful sometimes when i get sick, so most likely its ovuation cramps, but that could also be the reason
