pain right side before during and after cycle

by library123, Feb 27, 2009 03:17PM
I am 29 years of age and I have been dealing with this for about a year. I have these very sharp painful pains that start in the right side, high and then radiate to the lower area.  What is this...should I have it checked?   It is very painful and once the sharpness subsides, there is a very dull but noitcable pain for about two to three days and then it goes away.  It just doesn't happened when I am ovulating, but during my cycle and afterwards as well.    Any help would be greatly appriciated.  Thanks.

U need to make a appointment with your gyno. Do you have pain during or after intercourse?? Bloating? Changes in your bowel movements?? It sounds like it could be endometriosis. Or a ovarian cyst that may have ruptured.
