painful bump on bikini line

Today I noticed a hard bump underneath my skin that hurt when i press on it. The pain is a nerve-type pain, not a stinging pain. The bump it about 1 quarter or an inch wide and is underneath the skin that I can move around with the skin. The skin on it is a dull pink/grey color and when i pushed a sterilized needle into it a bit, some blood came out. I think it might be an ingrown hair, but I can't see the grey line of an ingrown hair like I have been in the past for ingrown bikini line hairs. Any ideas? I just got tested for gonnorhea (Gonorrhea), chlamydia, and syphallis. I have never been tested for genital herpes but am going to ger tested on Monday. It doesn't seem to me like herpes, though, because it is not a blister. Anything to give me some peace of mind this weekend would be great
