hi ya i had what your going thru so i can sympathise to cut a long story short i had the same symtoms you have i went to a gynaecologist who scanned me and said id 1 ovary smaller than the other. they gave me no pain relief and sent me home. this pain dragged on and on to 3 weeks ago i went into hospital to get sterilised and when i woke up in recovery the surgeon came round to tell me the ovary that was smaller in size was GONE vanished to this day i dont know what that meant or how it happens but i also had a twisted fallopion tube he untwisted it and now iv no pain  so id advise you to go get checked out throughly ovarys tubes the lot. good luck

Hi,
I would suggest you see a doctor.  Any pain like that, especially in that area which gets in the way of a simple act like sitting, should be checked out by a doctor.  Good luck to you and let us know how it goes :)
