Have you had it checked out? I've got the same thing and am having a mammogram and ultrasound on Monday and a doc appointment on Tuesday next week. I'm scared to death and looking for other people with the same issue.

I have a pea like hard lump on my right side on one of my ribs.
been there forever and forgotten about it until I saw a red mark on my skin from me rubbing it.
Not sure what it is but it does not hurt at all, just feels weird when I do touch it.

Sounds like a lipoma which is a fatty cyst, they are painless and benign typically but have it checked to be  safe.

I would have it looked at by a Dr. to make sure it isn't anything cancerous. It's way better to catch it as early as possible if it is. Not saying that it is but be safe and get it checked out.
