Hi

i suffer from really bad pelvic pain on the left side, i have recently been told i have Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) my left ovary has cysits on it but my right is fine, my cycle is kinda normal though, i have noticed it has been a little offish the past couple of months..

(PCOS) is a hormone imbalance that interferes with normal ovulation which can cause abnormal bleeding.  i would defo go and see your doc and get checked out..
good luck
