pelvic pain

Its been almost a year since I've been having pain in my left pelvic side, its stronger every month just before my period starts. I thought it had to do with my ovaries, I had my tubes tide just about 6 years ago.  Its really hard to go to the doctor with out any medical insurance but this month the pain came a little stronger I am getting worried.  Can anyone help?

Thank you all for your comments.  I do have a plan parenthood nearby I do not know how they work but I will try it. I'm really scared is something BAD and I guess I have been putting it off.  But this month my period came wrost than last and so it will get wrost I'm afraid.  Alot of heavy bleeding with pain and lots of clots.

You deff should get help. Sometimes it is caused by built up scar tissue. It could be ANYTHING you need to get it looked into. You cannot be denied of medical treatment for lack of insurance.

have you checked to see if you have a free clinic or planned parenthood nearby?

The only thing I can think of is go to the hospital, sometimes they can find a grant that will halp pay the bill.
