pelvis ultrasound results

small anterior uterine fibriod in the fundus 2.1 cm.
slightly thickend endrometrial stipe 1.2 cm.
small 1.25 cm. irrigular appearing follicle in the right ovary.
small amout of fluid in cul-de-sac. what does this mean?

2.1 cm(small) anterior (front side) fibroid on the fundus (the large upper end of the uterus).  (BTW, small fibroids are usually harmless, but keep an eye on it)

  
Slightly thickened endometrial stripe...could be normal depending on where in your cycle you were.


Follicle on the ovary...again, could be normal depending on where in your cycle you were.  (A follicle is just a developing egg surrounded by a covering.)

Small amount of fluid in the cul-de-sac could be many different things...and could also be consistent with ovulation.

Just my .02 cents...don't hold me to it!  :o)

Well, I wish you all the best.  I'm sure it's all consistent with your menstrual cycle.  I, too, have a small anterior fibroid..no biggie!  Many, many women get them and never realize it.
