Slightly thickened endometrial stripe...could be normal depending on where in your cycle you were.
Follicle on the ovary...again, could be normal depending on where in your cycle you were. (A follicle is just a developing egg surrounded by a covering.)
Small amount of fluid in the cul-de-sac could be many different things...and could also be consistent with ovulation.
Well, I wish you all the best. I'm sure it's all consistent with your menstrual cycle. I, too, have a small anterior fibroid..no biggie! Many, many women get them and never realize it.
your comment where very helpfull to me i learn alot about pelvis ultrasound and what they
will be looking for. this is new to me.my frist ultrasound is tomorrow.
