ok..so im going swimming 2days from now and i started my period yesterday..and i dont wear tampons
is it ok to go swimming?

well when you get in the water the cold and the chlorne will stop the bleeding for as long as ur in the pool and a little bit after u get out. If u have a light to medium flow then it will be just fine but if it is heavy i would try to use a tampon.(it isnt really that bad once you just do it)
