I also had agonizing pain... which caused low blood pressure, fainting etc etc... I did go to dictors - plural... So I decided to help myself:
1. I usually feel the pain comming close, so I take Ibuprofen (half a tablet) to control the pain.
2. I drink. - a lot...tea, juice anything..
3. and take another half if the pain killer.
I also put smth hot, cramps are caused by mussles spasming too fast and too tight. So you need to relax. Also before period do some belly exersises. It alsi helps.
Hi so wat do i do to find out thanks
You'll want to see a gynecologist to rule out any cause other than it being a painful period. Birth control can reduce the pain you experience during a period if you take it as directed. I had 7-day periods that were heavy with clots and debilitating cramps and lower back pains before getting on birth control. The birth control made my periods 2-3 days with light to moderate flow and few clots if any. I can now function rather than be forced to stay home from school or other activities due to my period.
