period

I am breastfeeding mom with my 4 months old daughter, the first day of my last period is last feb.2,2015 but until now march 6, my period is 4 days late. Anyway, on march 3, i had a brown discharge and the day after tommorow it is march 4, i had see on my undies a light brown discharge. What is that means?

Some women do get periods while breastfeeding but they are more likely to be irregular.  You can take a pregnancy test to make sure you aren't pregnant but it probably means nothing other than you are a breastfeeding mama and your hormones aren't quite to where they need to be to give you a regular period.  good luck

Last month I get started. To give my baby a water but. I I did not yet give a formula to her.Actually, my last period is last Feb 02 butt until now my period did not came back yet. W what is that mean? I am  not fully breastfeedingbut I did not give yet a formula. To my daughter.

Hi there.  When breastfeeding, hormones are wonky.  I had NO period for the entire duration of my breastfeeding until I began weaning my son which was after a year mark.  If you are still fully breastfeeding, I would think it normal to have spotting and long cycles due to this hormonal fluctuations.  Really important to use birth control though as you don't know when you'll next ovulate with this irregularity.  good luck
