I'm not a doctor but from what I know of plan b, which is a lot, it sounds like all of it is side effects from the pill. If it was me I wouldn't worry about it. I doubt it's your appendix because you'd be doubled over in pain and vomiting from how much pain you'd be in. If your pain intensifies at all then you should definitely go to the doctor but if it hasn't gotten any worse and you haven't developed any new symptoms pointing toward appendix then I wouldn't worry about it. That's just my opinion. Plan B messes with your period and it messes with your body in all kinds of ways because it's a very strong dose of hormones. It's all in the prescription info that came with the pills. You sound read that because it's all in there.

Swelling or bloating and pain to the right side of the abdomen could be your appendix. I would recommend going to your doctor and getting it check out. If it goes too long without attention it could burst. And believe you do not want that to happen.

Sounds like you may well have been pregnant and passed it because the pill you took...
If it continues see your gp and ask for a scan to be done to make sure everything has passed. Good luck

When i was pregnant i had the feeling that i was about to get my period.. it never came. You should take a clear blue pregnancy test.. the one that literally says "pregnant or not pregnant", its more expensive but at least you don't have to guess if there is that extra line or not. Also how long did you wait to take plan B? Its best to take it within the first 24hrs i heard.
