please help

I have had IBS for 6 years, I have been to the doctor a lot and they have given me things to try. But, everything hurts my stomach. I have a really sentive stomach.

I dont like taking pills and if there is anything out there that is not pills then i would love to try it. My IBS is constapations and I have it real bad. Is there anyone that can help me? Any info would be most appreciated. Thank you.

I have IBS.  Im not sure if you like prunes but when I get constitpated I eat 3 or 4 prunes and it helps me. Try to put more fiber in your diet and see if that helps.  I know you were saying you don't like taking pills but my gastro told me to take a fiber pill every 3 or 4 days. I don't take pills either........

I take the prunes at night 3 or 4 when Im constipated and the next day I go. It doesn't bother me. Im not sure if it will bother you.
