you need to go see your Dr, after a lap you should only spot a day or two. maybe they nicked your bowel or something????but even then after 2 weeks it should stop by now

I do believe it's called a LEEP. I copied a tiny bit from a site health.com that also covers women's health.

LEEP uses a thin wire loop electrode which is attached to an electrosurgical generator. The generator transmits a painless electrical current that quickly cuts away the affected cervical tissue in the immediate area of the loop wire. This causes the abnormal cells to rapidly heat and burst, and separates the tissue as the loop wire moves through the cervix.

From what I'm reading it's more for a cervical problem. Perhaps you should google the name and get more information, see if that's what needs to be done next.

I have the same problem and my doctor suggested a procedure called a "Leap" that is where they cut out part of the Uterus, that way it does not throw you into menopause by having a hysterectomy. I also have pain during intercourse, I also bleed during intercourse and my uterus is tilted and very low. I am 33 so he said a hysterectomy is not recommended at my age that the Leap is alot less painful with a lot less side effects. Hope that helped.

I had a laparoscopy done in Feb to remove a 10 cm cyst, my ovary and tube. I did have some light bleeding/spotting for a couple weeks but that was all. I agree with the others - it depends on how heavy you're bleeding and whether you were due for a period (don't know your age). I don't think you should be bleeding heavily after a lap. Did they do a D/C while they were in there? Sounds like it's time to call your doctor about this.

If it continues any longer i would go back to the Dr. I am having a lap done today actually. I will find out if bleed in normal after. Did they do any lasering or burning for endomertisois or anything like that?

Where are the scope site for the laproscopy and what part of the body were they looking at? I want to say the laproscopy was for the uterus right? Just want to be clear. If the uterus is tilted alone I do not believe they will remove it for that alone. Also based on the symptoms, it seems that pressure causes this bleeding. Did the scope go into the uterus? Also how much bleeding? A little? Are you soaking up pads (like 1 every 1-2 hrs)? Is it clotted?
