You don't -have- to be honest with anyone. Whether or not you lie to your future betrothed is up to you. ANYWAY. No, your hymen will never grow back.
However there is a re constructive surgery that exists where a doctor can re-attatch your hymen. If you really care, do that.

your vagina will not seal up so don't worry about that.and as far as not being a virgin you need to find someone that doesn't want to marry a virgin.
When you marry someone you need to be completely honest about your lack of virginity. I'm sure you'll marry someone who is understanding.
