possible vulvar cancer or recurrent cellulitis

Since Oct.of 2007 I have had on & off again bouts of what my GYN calls "cellulitis".  He said it was from shaving & ingrown hairs.  I have had some areas removed, but I keep having a recurrence of it even though I no longer shave my pubic region.  I went online to research treatment, and came across Vulvar cancer.  One of the symptoms was recurrent ulcers that don't heal, which I have.  I also was diagnosed back in 2003 with HPV, but have not had any outbreaks of warts since then.  I have also read that HPV can cause vulvar as well as cervical cancers.  I have been treated with numerous courses of anitbiotics, and the sores go away.  But, within a month or 2, they come back, and in the same area of my vulva.  I now have a boil-like sore on my left thigh thgat does not want to heal.  I also think it may be HS (hidra... sorry, I can't spell it).
Anyone else with similar experinces?  Also...the sores on my vulva itch like crazy.  Thanks folks!
