post ablation

Hi, I had an endo. ablation done in Aug. 2010. I am going on 11 months now post ablation. I have encountered irregular cycles and constant spotting. I went from having to wear the heavy flow maxi's daily to constanly wearing liners. Also after inter course i will have a small leakage of bleeding. Should i make an appointment or is this common?
