post hysterectomy pain

Hi there-
I just had a laporoscip total hysterectomy 3 months ago at 38.  My husband and I had sex 9 weeks after surgery.  It didn't hurt, however, i had some spotting.  Then three months exactely after surgery, we had it one more time, and the next few days i was in extreme pain.  Went back to doctor and he saw that I had "red meat" looking scar tissue dangling where the incision was where they removed my cervix.  I could hardley tolerate the exam - cried terribly.  He burned off the scar tissue, and is ordering me a post surgery ultrasound in two weeks.  I am also haveing sharp pains where my right ovary was.  My cysts on my right ovary were all benign, but I have a family history of ovarian cancer.  I'm very scared now.  Even though things were benign, can I still get ovarian cancer now with everything gone?  Still haveing lots of discharge.  Is that normal 3 months after surgery?
Thanks for your input!

Hi there-
I am so sorry to hear that you lost your baby.  If it's any consolation, i had endometriosis from the day i got my first period!  I struggled with infertility and miscarriages, and was told that i would not be able to get or stay pregnant due to the scarring in my womb.  I was very sad and scared but knew that doctors are NOT the creators of life!  I just kept on believing God for a miracle, and after 4 very long years of praying and believing patientley i conceived my first baby, and went full term, them 10 months later got pregnant again, then 14 months later again!  NO fertility drugs whatsoever!
Don't give up no matter what the doctors say!  Good luck to you!
