Hi,
How are you? Both premenstrual syndrome and myoma have been associated with hormone changes. It is possible that this is the reason why you have not been experiencing pms at this time. If other symptoms arise, it is best that you check with your gynecologist for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
