pregnancy? or something else?

i need help, i don't know what is going on, well first off i haven't gotten my period for 4 months now. and my period is very irregular. and recently i had a couple of cramps here and there, but nothing to serious. i know i could possibly be pregnant. but if i were, would playing basketball all weekend, in a tournament affect the baby? and i did get sick over the weekend, i peed alot within a short period of time, but all of the pee was clear. what is that? does that mean anything, and i haven't drank anything in that time. i also go tanning, and after tanning in my lower left amdomen i had a pain. what does that mean? can somebody help me out.

okay, i did take a pregnancy test, it came up negative. but i still have a question, it says to take up to 4 days before your next period, but my period is very irregular and it just comes and goes on differnt days every month. so now when do i take it? i was going to do anther one in the morning because it says it is more effective then. my last period i had, febuary 7-14 but that was only that month all other months are differnt. but i took one today, may 9. saying im not pregnant, so was it effective and does it mean i'm not pregnant?

You have to take a home pregnancy test, or stop by a planned parenthood.

Since you haven't had a period in 4 months and you said there was a chance of pregnancy, and you do have signs of pregnancy, have you taken a test? If not, you should test, you are not suppose to go in tanning beds if you are pregnant.  So, if you haven't, take a test, and either way you should see your doctor, if you are they will want to do an ultrasound to see how far along you are, and if you aren't pregnant they will want to see why you are having pains in your stomach.
