prenatal vitamins

Im trying to grow my hair out and someone said that prenatal vitamins help. So I have started to take them and now Im noticing weight gain and constipation. Is this possible???

Hair does not grow faster just because you take vitimins. The general rule for hair growth is 1/4 to 1/2 inch a month. However, the life span that hair lives is different for everyone. That is why you see some people with hair down to the floor and others that never gets past their shoulders.

I know this for a fact, I have done hair for over 20 years.
