pressure in bladder

im having same problems also i have been having pressure in my bladder for 3 weeks now and a stabbing pain right in bladder i have been twice to a dr. to do a urine test they both came back fine and they sent it off and still came back clear
my lower stomach is puffy and i feel like my bladder is full at all times
i had a ultra sounds done 6 mo ago i do have fibroid cysts and cysts on both overies
should i try to see a obgyn or go to a urologist spelling might be off
