provera and missed abortion

I had a a missed abortion 7 weeks ago. It was my firt. Since then I have not had a period, and have been diagnosed with two ovarian cysts. My doctor suggested that I take provera for five days but I noticed that in the the drug information it says that the medicine should not be used by women who have had a missed abortion. are there other progesterone drugs I could take more safetly? Is it still warrented to take the provera - i will only be taking it for five days.

I would suggest you speak to a gynacologist regarding your cists and the provera. They are more qualified in this department and may have other options for you to take.
