I did pretty much the same thing. My dr told me that if I hadn't gotten af after 1 month from the first one (30 days) to take a pregnancy test. If it was negative, wait 1 week and take another one. If it was still negative, then to start my provera pills again.
If the clomid makes your ovulate which it is supposed to do, then you should get af on your own and not need the provera.
