Hi there. Well, our cycles don't follow a calendar but go by number of days. So, the average cycle is around 28 days. Some cycles are a few days less than that. Months have generally 30 or 31 days. So, depending on the timing, you can have a cycle on the very beginning of the month/period is day one of your cycle. Then you have a normal cycle length and another cycle will start with another period before the end of the month. Then it appears you had two periods in a month but is just your regular cycle length and the way it timed out. Your cycle can be as short as 21 days and be normal.
