reacurring bladder infections

I have been having reacurring bladder infections for years. I don't understand why, I am a clean person I know to pee after intercourse and clean well afterwards. Now it seems as things have become more sever, now with my bladder infections I hurt really bad in my lower abdomin and in my lower back where my kiddneys are..could this be a sign of something more serious than just a bladder infection? Do I need to be screened for bladder or kiddney cancer?

You need to go and see a doctor.  There's a change that your bladder infections have gotten worse and traveled up to your kidneys.  Actually that's probably what's happened.  Do you get treated by antibiotics.

You will need to have some testing done.  And if there is infection, that will need to be treated.  The infections may be due to bladder reflux which may be anatomical.  But it's something that needs to be checked out.
