recommened further evaluation on pap smear
I received a letter from my doctor on Saturday about my recent pap smear that said please call for further evaluation. Since I can not talk to anyone there until Monday and I am worried I was wondering if anyone can tell me what this may mean
The pap probably came back abnormal. This is very common and lots of minor things like infection can cause an abnormal pap. They will probably tell you to have another one in 3 or 6 months.
