If you have severe pain or excess bleeding or a foul smell go to emergency. I did have lots of pain like cramps etc after procedure. You can't be too careful, it may be worth a visit or even a call to the unit that performed the procedure.

Hi i had a D & C 7th March for a missed miscarriage. 3 days later i was doubled over with stomach cramps then bleeding started. Since this time i have been bleeding badly and passing some big clots. Yesterday i saw my doctor who said to be on the safe side i should have anti biotics just incase the pain was due to infection.I've not had a high temperature or smelly loss only these bad cramps and loss. I would get checked out.
