red lesion on labia

Two days after having sex with my husband I noticed a small patch of skin on my labia that is reddish and raw. It burns and stings when my urine touches it or if I touch if directly. What could this be and how can I aliviate it? Please help!

How are you? `What other symptoms are present? The red lesion may be caused by trauma or injury during contact which usually resolve after a few days. Over-the-counter medicated feminine wash  may help provide relief. However, if it persists, further evaluation may need to be done by your gynecologist to rule out any infection.
