reddish brown and blackJELLY like discharge, missedperiod.

Hello!
I was diagnosed with 3 cysts of 4-5mm in my right ovary 4 months ago. My periods are always irregular and very painful since puberty that's since 12 years. I'm 19 year old now.

The doctor's medicines cured my pain. I was on a Femilon for 2 months till may. I got my periods in June and July but I missed my periods this month. I didn't have sex.

From a few months I was also getting neurological pain on my left leg and left pelvic area during periods only.
Since 3 months I was getting white jelly like discharge which I though was normal but this time I got a reddish brown jelly like discharge and yesterday I got black jelly like discharge throughout the day in small amounts. Today in the morning again I got brownish jelly like discharge, it was a bit bigger in size.

I'm so tensed.
What could it be?

It's not only blood it's the brown or black jelly like discharge.

The doctor told me that the cysts are very small and will go away on their own.

Today reddish brown mucous like thing was discharged in the morning which used to happen only during periods but this time it happened without periods.
And I'm spotting now.

Hi there and welcome. The brown and black blood are old blood.  Did the doctor tell you that you may pass these cysts?
