reproductive organs hurt?????

ok...this may be a bit tmi...but....omg!!!
so i was going for my jog today and when i got maybe 6 blocks away i started to feel a bit of cramps. i ignored it b/c i'm not going to let a cramp stop my job. i get 3 more blocks and it turns into this excruciating pain. i actually had to stop walking and was doubled over. so i turn around and start walking home. i had to walk hunched over b/c it hurt so bad to stand up. i get home and soak in a nice hot bath. it felt a tiny bit better but sent i guess it would be the uterus area into spasms. i get out and get dressed. the cramping is still there. it's been there since this afternoon at 11 30 am. i can't even pee it hurts so bad. when i push to pee the entire pelvic area goes into spasms and it feels just...omg. it's the worst pain i've been in since i gave birth.
any ideas wth could be wrong?
