same pelvic pain after subercervical hysterectomy

6 weeks ago I had a hysterectomy. They removed my uterus due to adenmyosis and my right ovary, pelvic congestion syndrome. The pain I was having was mostly on my right side and my left ovary had a small cyst(which he removed) but we decided to keep it so I wouldnt have to do hrt. I am still having the same pain on my right side. An MRI showed a 5cm cyst on my left ovary.(grew fast) and the doc belives that the endometriosis is buried which is still causing the pain on my right side. I am going to have 6 months of lupron shots hoping this will work. same steps I took before my hysterectomy. and if the pain keeps coming back we might have to remove the left ovary after all. any one have similiar symptoms. Is this the best way to handle it. I am concerned about the size of the cyst but doc said the lupron should shrink it. The MRI report did not say anything about the endometriosis.
