Your Blood pressure might be low at that time. Check it.
Do you remember what happens during the "seizure"? Alot of people that have seizures dont remember what happens or kind of blackout for a moment.
It might be a phenomenon that people can get from breathing really deeply and fast. This can cause hyperventilation, and hyperventilation can actually lead to tingling in the arms, uncontrolled stiffness like a seizure, and even passing out. Once when I was in the emergency room for an unusually painful ovarian cyst, I was breathing so hard and deeply that I nearly fainted, and they made me breathe into a paper sack to get (I think) less oxygen, or a more normal balance of oxygen and co2 at least. I'm not suggesting you do such a thing in bed (LOL), but it's worth a try to see if you can breathe more calmly when you are in the exciting moment, and see if it makes a difference.
