sensitive breasts and nipples

I am a 35 year old woman with recently very sensitive breasts but especially hard nipples.  When it's cold, all my life, it would hurt a little if my nipples were cold and hard.  However, recently they've been more hard than usual and it takes longer to warm them up.  I know it's really hot and I've got my air-conditioning going all day long but this has been ridiculous.  My breast, I feel, are sensitive because of my nipples being so hard for extended periods of time.  I find no matter when, morning, daytime, evening, I'm always trying to find a sweater or blanket.  I know that menstration might have something to do with this but it's never been this bad.  Is this because I'm getting older?  I know this sounds crazy, but I'm thinking maybe I should be concerned?  Interested in your opinion.

Hi Paril,
I am going through the same thing. It has totally made me loose my mind. My breast nipples are so sensive, and gives off a sensation. This is constantly, and it drives me crazy. This just started just a couple of months ago. My doctor told me to lay off  of the caffeine, but it didn't help. Then he told me to take vitamin c every day, to no avail. If you hear of anthing , do contact me please. Anyone out there. I'm tired of crying!
