severe pain

I do not eat sugar but my period usually come with great pain, some times right abdominal pain

....and again pls what does the ovarian cyst have to do with  child bearing..... Hope it doesn't make conceiving difficult

Thanks for your concern..... I once heard it can lead to appendix..... Unfortunately I once had this pain sometimes last two years but then I wasn't on my period, so I went to the hospital I was tested nd confirmed to have appendix , but to my surprise d day of the surgical operation I went for another test called sornography test but d test proved that am ok....bt later since then I still feel the pain almost every month after my period

Hi there.  Well, sugar really doesn't affect cramping with menses.  ??  not sure why you are making the sugar correlation.  Perhaps you have an ovarian cyst.  That is not uncommon nor is it serious.  It just makes for more painful periods.  And eventually you may pass it which will feel like a super heavy period with great great discomfort.  Your doctor could determine if it is a cyst though.  I will say that a lot of women have cramping with their periods and it can be quite painful.  Ibuprofen helps a lot!  good luck
