Update:
It appears to be an abscess, it burst sometime last night and I spent the morning squeezin pus and blood out of it. The area feels 100 times better and although I did make a drs appointment for Monday, I prob won't go. I have experience with abscesses so I plan to use my knowledge to keep it drained and clean. I know most of you will say to still go see a doctor, but I'm extremely poor and was gong to have to borrow money to go Monday. I understand antibiotics are typically given to accompany an abscess, but I'm very against antibiotics in general and as long as it's cleaned properly should clear up. If not, or it appears infected, I'll shell out the ridiculous amount of money for a doctor to give me some meds.
You should see a doctor. It may be Vaginitis which will need medication. Sometimes there's a smell sometimes not. Either way, you need to see a doctor.
If the area is red and swollen you might have a surface infection. It won't hurt or cost very much to get some Neosporin and apply a thin layer to the affected area. Good luck.
The ice actually makes it feel better as of right now.... I've been up most of the night because now the whole area also burns enough that it is keeping me up. I pretty much live in the middle of no where and have terrible health insurance, so there are really no options for me right now. I think I'm just going to try some monastat today and see if that makes a difference. It's now getting too the point where I walk funny and it hurts to even close my legs. I have to go to work, so it's quite embarrassing.
Icing actually only helps swelling in the body during the first 24 hours. Heat is better afterward. Try finding some loose-fitting cotton underwear and allowing the area to breathe as much as possible. However, you really do need to seek medical attention. Is there any way you can see a county clinic or local Planned Parenthood for help?
