sex after a D&C?

I had a D&C 5 days ago. My husband and I both wanted sex but know the docs said 2-4 weeks. We had anal sex for the first time. We did not have vaginal sex. Is this ok?

Night I know it was really soon but we couldn't wait any longer cause ever sience I had found out I was pregnant I started spoting right away and we didn't have sex and well now we did was it to early? I'm a lil afraid now of infection or I sum how messed up my n-side it waasnt ruff but its just now I wished I would have waited at least a week how did things turn out for u?

You should wait the 2 weeks.  You need to heal.  After I waited the 2 weeks, I was still sore when my husband and I had sex for the first time after the D&C.

ur body goes though the same thing as if u went full term. u could get an infection at the most or more pain then usual.
i had a d&c about 4 years old. i waited to be on the safe side.
