skin problem

I have a 5 month old daughter and 2 to 3 months after the delivery, I started getting these bumps or acne that cover the top part of my legs. They are raised pimply bumps. The don't itch or bothersome. They just look terrible. They are so bad that I don't even want my husband looking at my legs. They want go away. It covers all the front of my legs. I am a fairly skinny woman and I don't sweat that much so I would say that they are definately not heat bumps. I have never had them in my life so I am wondering if this is a postpartum thing. Has any one had this problem? My mother-in-law said this was some deficient of vitamins. I posted this on the acne site but I am not getting a response so now I am posting this on Womens health.
Can someone give me an idea of what this can be?

i got something similar to that. but mine was right after the delivery. my guess is that its got something to do with your hormones. because the only other time that i got that was when i first got my period for the first time. and it went away after a month. mine was reeeeeally itchy. it wasnt on my face, just my body.talk to your doctor just to be sure.
