sleeplessness

by mich07, Apr 04, 2007 12:00AM
I have had very bad sleeping patterns for years.  I would wake up atleast 2-5 times a night irrelevant of how early or how late i go to bed.  I have taken several sleeping tablets and it will work for the first 2 nights and then i am back to square 1.  Please help.

you should probably go to your family doctor and they will probably prescribe you with a pill that will help. over the counter sleeping pills will stop working after awhile because your body gets used to that kind of pill and then it will just stop working.
